No tracking nor gathering of any personal data or device related data on any external device or server (except functionally necessary purchase data on the Apple AppStore) are held or stored. You have full access to the purchase transaction data with your Apple-ID on the AppStore.
You will be asked before any data from Apple Healthkit are read or stored to.
All personal data including data input by the customer are kept local only. It is your sole responsibility to secure access to the device to keep your personal data and information safe.
